These are the Mustangs at Las Colinas, a bronze sculpture by artist Robert Glen. They decorate Williams Square in Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. Fountains are used to give the effect of the water splashed by the animals' hooves. [via blameitonthevoices.blogspot.com]
